I struggled for a while with the notion of a sincere offer of the gospel in light of all the high Calvinist views, which seem to be in vogue now.<BR/><BR/>Tony Byrne's article on Double Jeopardy turned on the light for me. I appreciate having this material available as it cuts through the arguments and it carries the weight of Calvin himself.<BR/><BR/>I find it amusing that there are Calvinists who doubt Calvin's views or attempt to make him say something other than what he clearly articulated.
